Hi, I’m Kelly—founder of Pure Peace Aromatics and the Rooted in Rest™ family.

For years, I lived in constant motion—serving others, juggling responsibilities, and rarely pausing for myself. Eventually, I realized that rest wasn’t something I could keep putting off. It wasn’t just a luxury I had to “earn.” Rest was part of God’s design, and I needed to begin living in that rhythm.

Alongside creating this collection, I also serve women through faith-rooted trauma coaching. Walking alongside them—and my own journey—taught me something simple but profound: rest is more than slowing down. It’s a practice of returning to safety, peace, and God’s presence.

Pure Peace Aromatics was born from that realization. What started as a small collection of candles and body care has become a way to help women like you create sacred pauses in the middle of everyday life.
