- The item(s) must not have been opened or used, including personal care products such as body butter, bath products, or wax melts and room sprays.

- The item(s) must not be part of our non-returnable or final sale categories (e.g., custom orders, gift cards, or sale/clearance items).
- No restocking fee.

2. Free Return Shipping
